This was my first visit to Tango Bistro and it won’t be my last.  It’s been quite some time since I’ve been able to get out in the evening without the kids and  it was a great experience.  The last time I was in this section of the building was when it was Smugglers, Tango did such a great job with the renovations to make it a modern, fresh and inviting bistro.

There is an excellent selection on the menu and it was tough to decide what to eat.  The waitress explained to me what Tango Bistro was about and what the best way to tackle the food.  She told us to order a few items on the menu and as we go along, order more.  What a great idea!

All the dishes we had were great, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and plated beautifully.  The chef at Tango looks to have thought out each plate through.  I’m looking forward to going back and continue my quest to try everything on their menu.
